§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between TechSyntar Deutschland, German branch of TechSyntar Innovators LLC (USA), and its clients for web development, design, hosting and IT services. Deviating conditions only apply if we agree to them in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
Our quotes are non-binding. A contract is concluded when a quote is accepted in writing or electronically.
§ 3 Services and cooperation
Scope and deadlines are set out in the respective quote. Clients provide required content, access and approvals in good time.
§ 4 Fees and payment
The prices stated in the quote apply plus statutory VAT. Invoices are payable within [PAYMENT TERM, e.g. 14 days] without deduction.
§ 5 Acceptance and warranty
